How to Balance Hormones


The Issue

When hormones are messed up, it can be really difficult to know what the issue is. It becomes a little like the chicken and egg scenario: hormone imbalance can lead to weight gain, anxiety, stress, mood swings but did you know that weight gain can cause hormone imbalances?

When Jackie came to see me, she had thought it was the early onset of menopause that was causing her mood swings, panic attacks and weight gain. She was feeling sluggish, irritable and low.

THE SOLUTION


Jackie chose the Full 360° Coaching Package. We analysed her lifestyle, food intake and mental wellbeing. She underwent a bespoke Food Intolerance Test which highlighted intolerances to certain wine grapes (Pinot Grigio & Chardonnay) as well as blue berries, kale and wheat. No wonder then that her healthy eating attempts had left her feeling even worse.

With this information combined with a personal menu plan, regular motivational support and hypnotherapy, Jackie was able to put her efforts into a plan that was sure to work.
