HOW LIFE COACHING WORKS?


A Life Coach should not just be selected based on location alone. It’s important that you find the right coach for you. I hold regular life coaching clinics in Cheshire and Central & West London but I have also held talks and courses throughout the UK.

HOW DOES LIFE COACHING WORK?


I offer several different coaching packages to suit individual needs and budgets. My 30 Minute FREE Discovery session enables us to assess which coaching strategy would best help you. Of course, there is always the flexibility to have a one off session or a bespoke package!

My coaching focuses on holistic solutions – a Full 360° Approach – that, if appropriate, means I would use Rapid Transformational Therapy RTT, Hypnotherapy, and Health & Wellbeing Coaching techniques. I believe that symptoms that appear in the body offer reflect in the mind and vice versa.

 

WHAT IS RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY?


Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) was created by world renowned therapist Marissa Peer. It incorporates many of the positive aspects of Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis and beneficial principles of Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and NLP. Using hypnosis and regression techniques to access the powerful 90-95% subconscious part of your mind, we can bring  awareness to the significant life experiences that have led to the blocks and limiting beliefs you’ve developed.

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?


To understand hypnosis, it’s useful to understand your subconscious mind. This is the 90% part of your mind containing infinite wisdom and a very deep level of intelligence. It is your untapped resource for creativity and imagination. Your subconscious mind is the seat of all your emotions and therefore directs nearly all of your behaviour. Most importantly, your subconscious is also responsible for maintaining your body in good health and for all autonomic processes (e.g. breathing, blood circulation, tissue regeneration, repair etc.) Hypnosis is a safe way of accessing this natural intelligence and issuing new instructions to create seemingly miraculous changes in you, your behaviour and your body.

You’ll be fully alert and in control. You cannot be made to do anything and you cannot be taken into hypnosis against your will. It is your experience, I simply facilitate you.

DOES LIFE COACHING WORK?


Yes. The difference between life coaching and knowing what you should do is accountability and support! You may think you know how to overcome the problems you feel you have but if you have tried and feel it’s a constant battle, then life coaching is for you! Not only will you have support but we will also work on changing the deep rooted belief systems that your subconscious mind has created if they no longer serve you.

DO THE COACHING SESSIONS HAVE TO BE IN PERSON?


No. Choosing a life coach shouldn’t be done on location alone. Coaching can be done by phone, Skype or Zoom. However, the Hypnosis part is always better done face to face!

I hold regular clinics in London and Cheshire due to popular demand.

WILL MY EMPLOYER PAY FOR MY COACHING?


Some employers are happy to pay for coaching and we can discuss this with your employer if you would like.  Your coaching remains totally confidential even if this is funded by a third party.
